Distorted belief

Answer: When an individual's belief system becomes distorted, it gives rise to intrusive thoughts and doubts that lead to a sense of detachment from God, the Prophet, and religion. These feelings of alienation are involuntary and often uncontrollable. The deterioration of one's belief, compounded by the inner turmoil of conscience, produces a metaphorical, festering wound within the soul, resulting in an anxiety so profound that it surpasses even the most severe physical ailments. May Allah protect us from such trials.

To address this, the following spiritual remedy is advised:

Have a tunic made of washed khaddar (coarse cotton) or linen. The tunic should be of such length that it extends one hand's breadth beyond the body, reaching down to the ankles. Additionally, the sleeves should be one hand's breadth wider than usual. In a darkened room (if complete darkness is not available, it can still be performed), wear the tunic and walk for fifteen minutes while continuously reciting the following verses:

الْحَمْدُ لِلّٰہِ رَبِّ الْعَٰلَمِیْنَ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ مَالِكِ یَوْمِ الدِّیْنِ

"Alhamdu lillahi rabbil 'ālamīn "Ar-Ramān ar-Raīm

Māliki yawm ad-Dīn"

After completing the fifteen minutes of recitation and walking, remove the tunic in the same dark room, fold it, and place it in a safe, secure spot within the room. This practice should be carried out continuously until the individual's beliefs are corrected. The condition of performing the practice in darkness is crucial for the efficacy of the remedy.

ROOHANI DAAK 01 (ENG)

Khwaja Shamsuddin Azeemi

Nearly three decades ago, the esteemed spiritual scholar and blessed guide, Khwaja Shamsuddin Azeemi (R.A), inaugurated a mission of public service with the objective of liberating humanity from afflictions, psychological distress, and physical ailments. For ten years, he remained in contemplative retreat, silently advancing this sacred commitment to the service of creation (khidmat-e-khalq). As the hearts of the people began turning toward him, he employed the medium of mass communication. In 1969, this initiative was formally introduced to the public through newspapers and spiritual journals. According to conservative estimates, through written correspondence and face-to-face interaction—particularly via national publications and the Roohani Digest—Hazrat Azeemi has extended spiritual guidance and healing to over 1.4 million men and women, addressing intricate personal crises and intractable medical conditions. Today, it is not uncommon that wherever a few individuals gather, and a seemingly insoluble dilemma or incurable illness is mentioned, someone inevitably suggests: “Establish contact with Azeemi Sahib—the matter will be resolved.”

Through the grace of Allah the Almighty, the spiritual affinity with the Prophet (P.B.U.H), and the continued beneficence of the blessed guide, four volumes of Roohani Daak (Spiritual Correspondence) have now been compiled. The first volume is hereby presented to you for contemplation and benefit.
