Spiritual Healing
Question:
You have resolved great problems of many people. I also present my problem
before you. Perhaps it may be solved through your prayer. I have passed my
matriculation examination this year with excellent marks, and I wish to
continue my further education in college, but my father does not permit me. In
his opinion, higher education does not prove beneficial for a girl. All the
members of the family and relatives have also said that education is very
important for a girl, but he is not willing to agree in any way.
Answer:
After midnight has passed, perform ablution and offer two units of voluntary
prayer with the intention of Tahajjud. Recite Rabbi zidnī ‘ilman (رَبِّ زِدْنِي عِلْمًا) one
hundred times, along with eleven times Durood Sharif at the beginning and
eleven times at the end. Then close your eyes and visualize that a luminous
river from the heavens is descending upon you. After ten minutes, pray for the
attainment of further education and for the importance of education to be
established in your father’s heart. The duration of this practice is only
eleven days.
