Sensation, Nervousness-The Tree Within Man

 Question:

For several years, my condition has been such that whenever I look intently at someone or direct my mental focus toward another person, my body suffers a sudden jolt, and I feel as though an electric shock is coursing through me. Because of this sensation, I feel nervous when conversing with others and constantly avert my gaze. Mentally, I am so fragile that tears flow at the slightest unusual occurrence. I cannot read for more than half an hour; my mind becomes numb, and I feel pressure over my heart. Observing solutions to complex and incurable conditions in Rooḥānī Dāk, I am writing this letter. Please favor me with your analysis and treatment.

Answer:

According to spiritual science, the law of vision dictates that whenever we turn our attention toward an object or look at it, the attributes of that object or living entity course through us. For example, when we look at fire, its characteristics circulate within us, and we inwardly experience its heat. Similarly, beholding a lush, verdant tree sends a wave of freshness and vitality coursing through us, even though we do not physically touch the tree. These attributes and faculties are essentially subtle lights, and it is these lights that circulate within us.

A network of lights remains constantly active over our physical body. These lights constitute our very life, and through them our senses crystallize into a solid physical form. Our body possesses multiple layers of these lights, each operating at a specific voltage. As long as this designated voltage is maintained, human perception remains intact; however, when an imbalance occurs, disintegration begins within the senses. Weakness in this bio-energetic system can manifest in many ways, one of which is precisely what you are experiencing.

In accordance with this law, when you focus upon another person, the lights circulating within them course through your outer energetic layer. Because the lights in your layer are not functioning normally, your sensory faculties experience a shock. Since the overall balance of lights has not deteriorated severely, this electrical sensation is felt primarily when you sustain intense mental focus on something for an extended period. Deprived of customary vigor, your senses cannot withstand thoughts that place even a modest strain on the mind.

To restore harmony to your system of lights, write the following upon a slip of paper and immerse it in honey:

Bismillāh ir-Raḥmān ir-Raḥīm.

Yā Ḥayyu qabla kulli shay’, Yā Ḥayyu ba‘da kulli shay’

بسم اللہ الرحمٰن الرحیم

یا حی قبل کل شیء یا حی بعد کل شیء

Take a small portion of this honey at least three times a day.

Alongside this, write the Divine Name Allāh (اللہ) in elegant calligraphy with a broad pen on a large sheet of paper, and paste it onto cardboard. Before retiring to bed at night, place this board in a quiet room where no one else is present. Gaze deeply and fixedly upon the Name Allāh, then close your eyes and visualize Divine Light descending upon you like gentle rain. After approximately ten minutes, open your eyes and go to sleep without speaking to anyone. Perform this visualization practice for 41 days, while continuing the honey remedy for two full months.
