Chronic Abdominal Pain of Unknown Etiology

The pain is so excruciating that she has been rendered bedridden and helpless, draining the life from her body. For the sake of God and His Messenger, bestow a spiritual remedy as soon as possible through whose recitation my grandmother may recover her health, putting an end to this affliction forever.

Answer:

Inscribe the sacred words Rayā ḥeen Mā (ریاحین ماء) within a twelve-column talismanic grid. Wash the inscription using two ounces of water charged with yellow solar rays, and administer it to her to drink twice daily prior to meals. Warm some yellow mustard oil to a lukewarm temperature and massage it gently with a soft hand around her navel for ten minutes every morning and ten minutes at night.
