Question:
For
nearly twenty-six years, a distressing dermatological malady has afflicted me.
It began during our stay with maternal relatives in Bahawalpur; while
harvesting cotton with my sisters in the fields, severe pruritus seized me,
followed by the eruption of large, red urticarial welts across my body. These
wheals erupted erratically across various areas.
Following
marriage, I relocated to Africa, where small, corn-kernel-sized red papules
erupted; a physician prescribed tablets which afforded temporary remission.
During our life in Africa, God blessed us with three sons. Whenever I took
medication for incidental internal ailments, dermatological hives and violent
itching recurred; heat-inducing pharmaceuticals proved acutely intolerable.
Subsequently,
severe periorbital edema developed above and below my eyes, accompanied by
relentless sneezing and cephalic pain. I underwent surgical resection of
hypertrophic nasal tissue; while the nasal airway temporarily cleared, I still
suffer bouts of seven or eight consecutive sneezes morning and evening. My
pharynx remains chronically inflamed. At times, my nose swells severely,
becoming rigid and immobile, while painful mucosal ulcers erupt inside the
nasal passage.
Answer:
Maintain
your conventional medical therapies as indicated. The following spiritual
regimen is prescribed alongside them:
Inscribe
the invocation:
Bismillāh
ir-Raḥmān ir-Raḥīm
followed
by the sacred Name:
Yā
Fāriqu (یَا فَارِقُ)
engraved nine times (arranged in three rows of three) upon a sterling silver talismanic plate:
At
night, heat this inscribed silver plate over fire, quench it into a cup of
steaming hot water, and drink this lukewarm infused water at bedtime.
Abstain
strictly from foods stored in the refrigerator; consume only fresh, wholesome
meals. Nourishment stored within refrigerators does not retain the vital
integrity of fresh food, as microbial changes and foreign toxic elements
proliferate within them. For instance, fresh raw meat left exposed to open air
for several hours does not spoil, yet meat removed from a refrigerator and kept
at room temperature for under an hour frequently begins putrefying.
Furthermore, abstain strictly from unrefined jaggery, cooking oils, and sour
foods.
