you captive to an inferiority complex.
Engage continuously in reciting Yā Ḥafīẓu (یَا حَفِیْظُ) at all times—while walking, standing,
sitting, and going about your day. In accordance with the principles of
Chromotherapy (Light and Color Therapy), prepare blue-charged solarized water,
and drink one small cup of this water three times daily: in the morning, at
midday, and in the evening.
At night before retiring to sleep, engage in meditation. In this meditative contemplation, visualize your inward heart beating within your chest. Once this visualization stabilizes, imagine that your heart is suffused with brilliant blue lights, and that this blue illumination radiates outward, lighting up your entire chest
