Spiritual Healing
Immediately following the completion of the obligatory
Fajr prayer and strictly prior to sunrise, recite:
Bismillāh ir-Raḥmān ir-Raḥīm
(بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ)
100 times, and supplicate fervently before Allah
Almighty for the acquisition of a new, honorable residence. The obstacles
hindering the purchase of your home will be dissolved.
Question:
My father, mother, brothers, and schoolmates have
subjected me to unremitting hatred. Even before my birth, my father urged my
mother to abort me. My brothers subject me to physical violence. My sister and
mother mock me, stating: "This grotesque creature sits upon our heads
merely devouring our bread." Driven to desperation, I once mentioned
that I would write to Khwaja Sahib, and they ridiculed me; when no immediate
response arrived, they sneered that even he could not dispel such immense
ugliness. Yet I wept before God, pleading for your compassion, and venture to
write this second letter.
My bodily appearance presents thus: my spine carries a
hump (kyphosis), my hips and abdomen are abnormally distended, and heavy
adipose tissue covers my back. My mouth appears disproportionately small
compared to my physical frame. My skin is dark, peeling painfully during
bathing. Coarse facial hair resembles that of a man, accompanied by severe acne
and blemishes. My dermal pores are enlarged, eyebrows coarse, forehead barely
two inches high, eyes small, and my teeth broad, long, and persistently yellow
despite scrubbing. Formerly thick hair has thinned away, and my feet are large
and splayed.
Because of these bodily traits, people brand me a
witch and a demon. Universal hatred surrounds me. Though I shower everyone with
affection, they refuse even to acknowledge my presence. I am deeply
service-oriented, striving to assist others, and nurture profound tenderness
for young children in my heart.
Answer:
At night before retiring to sleep, perform ritual
ablution (wuḍū’), recite Durood
Sharif 100 times, close your eyes, and enter into meditative contemplation (Murāqabah),
visualizing the sacred illuminated resting place of the Holy Prophet Muhammad
(peace and blessings be upon him). Following the conclusion of this meditation,
contemplate deeply upon the venerable persona and sublime perseverance of
Hadrat Bilal al-Habashi (may Allah be pleased with him).
Persist in this spiritual discipline for ninety
consecutive days. Thereafter, communicate your inner states and physical
progress.
