Spiritual Healing

Sufi Hermeneutics / Pedagogical Environment)

 Question:

Why did the saints of Allah find it necessary to establish the institutional framework of the Khanqah (spiritual sanctuary)?

Answer:

From an esoteric perspective, the consciousness of an infant entering this world is formed half from its parents and half under the direct conditioning of its environment. This development involves both involuntary and conscious dynamics. It is our common observation that a child speaks the exact language spoken by its parents without requiring formal academic lessons. Furthermore, the child spontaneously absorbs the psychological traits of its parents. These operate unconsciously.

As the youth matures, knowledge is transmitted through educational academies, where an instructor expends mental energy to cultivate the student's intellect. These realities demonstrate that proximity is indispensable for moral formation and the transmission of an intellectual framework—whether it be the intimacy of parents, companions, or teachers.

Likewise, when an aspirant seeks to step upon the path of spiritual realization, close personal proximity to an adept spiritual master is indispensable, so that the master's sublime attributes and contemplative mode of thought may be transmitted into the seeker. When a disciple sits in the presence of an enlightened mentor, listens to his discourse, and implements his disciplines, the seed of spiritual perception sprouts within their consciousness according to natural law.

For this spiritual transmission, the creation of a specialized environment is vital—an atmosphere in which the spiritual master can devote undivided attention to his disciples amid absolute tranquility, single-minded focus, and purity. Driven by this necessity, the saints established Khanqahs, providing a sanctuary where seekers of truth might absorb spiritual grace in peace. In contemporary terminology, these sanctuaries may be understood as specialized academies of spiritual science where the student masters the inner realities of existence.

Chronic Non-productive Cough / Gastroesophageal Irritation

 Question:

My mother has suffered from an intractable dry cough for an extended period. We have pursued every medical therapy imaginable, to the point where we marvel that she has survived such prolonged illness. The moment she attempts to cook, severe coughing fits seize her, culminating in violent retching.

Answer:

Life and death reside solely in the hands of Allah. There exists no malady for which Allah Almighty has not created a remedy. Have your mother consume a portion of cheese three times daily—morning, noon, and evening, either before or immediately after meals. This simple dietary regimen will serve as a complete cure for her affliction.

Clonic Epilepsy with Seizure - The Cellular Walls

 Question:

For roughly twenty-one years, I have been afflicted with a distressing and peculiar illness. Extreme, agonizing tension surges through the cranial vessels of my head as though someone were violently tugging them, accompanied by a rushing, whistling sound in my head and ears. Over the past two years, I have suffered five major convulsive episodes resulting in complete unconsciousness—three occurring during waking hours and two during sleep. The seizures are characterized by tightly clenched fists, limbs locking rigidly like drawn catapults, jaws locking shut so violently that the tongue is lacerated between the teeth, and guttural sounds emanating from my throat resembling a slaughtered animal. I am forty years of age and have pursued treatment for twenty-one years.

Answer:

Whenever a convulsive seizure occurs—whether developing gradually or striking abruptly during waking or slumber—the underlying mechanism is that the radiant energetic currents governing vitality become intensely congested within the primary control center of the brain (Umm al-Dimāgh). Because their natural venting channels are obstructed, the hydrostatic pressure of these accumulated lights causes the delicate functional walls within the cerebral cells to rupture, blowing the pathways excessively wide at localized points.

Consequently, a unidirectional surge of energetic current overwhelms the cells until they are stripped of operational memory. Concurrently, the sheer density of this energetic flood causes the cerebral processing center to shut down entirely. When the brain ceases normal function under this massive pressure, the nervous system is overwhelmed, precipitating violent convulsions. As a result, the facial nerves and somatic musculature lock into severe spasms.

The clinical condition you have detailed is classical epilepsy (mirgī); nevertheless, it is by no means incurable. Obtain a pane of tempered glass measuring 9 by 12 inches (plain glass, not a reflective mirror) and paint it bright crimson red. Position this pane in a spot where your gaze falls upon it repeatedly throughout the day. In addition to these casual glances, gaze intentionally and intently upon this red glass for dedicated intervals daily until absolute certainty is attained that the seizures have ceased.

In accordance with Chromotherapy, drink two ounces of blue-charged solarized water morning and evening, and two ounces of red-charged water twice daily following meals. The meticulous protocol for preparing these charged waters is documented on pages 44 through 50 of my work, Healing Through Color and Light. Throughout this regimen, the patient must exercise strict vigilance to avoid constipation and maintain adequate, restful sleep. Every morning prior to sunrise, venture into an open-air garden abundant with red flowers and practice deep, sustained breathing; should blossoms be unavailable, deep breathing in the open fresh air remains equally imperative.
